Tonya M. Robinson

Tonya joined Spengler Nathanson P.L.L. in August, 2007, to practice primarily in the Family Law area. She had previously been working as a Staff Attorney for Legal Aid of Western Ohio for approximately 9 years, with an emphasis on representing victims of domestic violence. Her tenure with the Legal Aid also allowed her to represent clients in divorce cases, dissolutions, adoption, custody issues, domestic violence and stalking. She has been very successful in obtaining favorable results for the clients who sought her assistance. Tonya has also been very involved with the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio, volunteering since 1983 when she was a child. The commitment Tonya has given to the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio has continued to grow through out the years. In 1999, Tonya joined the Development Committee, became a Board member in 2004, and she has been the Event Chairperson of the Wine Affair, the Kidney Foundations largest fundraiser, since 2004.

Representative Matters

• Tonya has successfully represented two Appellants in the 6th District Court of Appeals, obtained favorable results in a divorce/custody trial in Defiance, Ohio, as well as attaining favorable results in Evidentiary, Custody, Child Support Hearings and has obtained Civil Protection Orders representing victims of domestic violence cases.
