Louise A. Jackson

Louise practices in legal areas especially impacting small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities. She handles matters involving the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA, including all aspects of federal income tax planning and compliance, estate planning and wealth transfers for family wealth preservation, trust and estate administration, post-death planning especially with retirement plan benefits, and the design of employee benefit plans. Her clients include individuals, closely held-businesses, charities and nonprofit organizations and professional practices. She maintains an active license as a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio since 1974.
