Thomas A. Lupica

Tom is the Chairman of the firm's Business, Real Estate & Tax Service Group. Tom's practice involves the representation of a wide range of business and individual clients, from sole proprietors and closely-held businesses to publicly traded corporations. Tom works closely with his clients from formation, through growth, mergers and acquisitions, to eventual succession planning and wealth preservation. Tom provides services in the areas of corporate and real estate law and estate planning and has extensive experience in connection with all types of business matters and sophisticated estate planning techniques, including family limited partnerships. Tom is an avid boater and is the Commodore of the historical Maumee River Yacht Club.
