Randy concentrates in the areas of civil rights, education law, employment law, public sector law and insurance defense. He serves on both the Court of Appeals and Common Pleas Committees of the Toledo Bar Association. Before joining Spengler Nathanson in 2001, Randy served as a military police officer, English professor, professional writer and editor.
