Jim is of counsel to the law firm of Spengler Nathanson P.L.L., and, prior to assuming that position, was with Fifth Third Bank of Northwestern, Ohio, N.A. from 1957 to 1996; and retired as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Jim managed the Trust Division from 1972 to 1994 and Legal Division from 1970 to 1996.
