The Four SeaGate building is on the corner of Jackson and Summit Streets in downtown Toledo, across from the river front.  You can enter the building at street level from both St. Clair and Summit Streets.   

The parking garage is located on St. Clair between Adams and Jackson. You will enter the garage on Level B.  After getting your parking ticket, continue driving straight ahead and park in one of the Visitor parking spots.  If they are occupied, you can park in any other part of the garage.  You will want to park on Level B or C to access the elevator.  The elevator core is on your left as you drive into the garage.  Take the elevator to the fourth floor to Spengler Nathanson’s offices.  

Parking is FREE for Spengler Nathanson clients. Please bring your ticket to our receptionist to validate.
